This is sound advice too, but only eat if you are hungry and only eat healthy foods. One more diet tip: try drinking two glasses of water before each time you eat. These is a tip that I like a lot and can be helpful at reducing calories. Many times we think we are hungry but are actually just thirsty. Drinking before eating can sort out that issue and help out our digestive systems.
If you are not used to exercising, doing a full workout everyday may figuratively cripple you for the event that you need to lose weight for. Therefore, I’m not saying to go crazy with your exercise. If anything, go “crazy” with your diet. Daily exercise can be something as small as doing 5 push-ups or 10 sit-ups.
