Bluth Jr Goes Viral

By Felicia Williams

CBS is drafting TV talent for its broadband channel, Innertube, signing Michael Cera of "Arrested Development" to do a scripted short form series.

Since the show was canceled in Febuary, Arrested Developed acquired its cult following in re-runs and DVD sales and there has been wonder as to when and if the comedic team will reunite.

With time passing and no Arrested news, I am happy to see any of my favorite AD actors on any medium they see fit. The first scripted web program with TV talent attached, “The Good Life" is a mockumentery-style series that follows Cera and Clark Duke as aspiring TV producers. Convinced that they have the next big show on their hand, Cera and co-star Clark Duke are oblivious to the last of interest and progress of their Hollywood dream.

The first “big” television talent moving to the web, maybe Cera is in fact the next best thing - online.
