Exclusive footage of Chinese soldiers shooting and killing Tibetan pilgrims
Tibetans on a pilgrim to see the Dalai Lama are shot in cold blood by Chinese soldiers. The event is captured on camera by Romanian television.
Couple of things to note:
- The Tibetans were doing nothing wrong. They are not warned or asked to turn around. They are simply shot at, a couple of them are killed.
- Incredibly, the Tibetans try to overlook the killing. It almost seems like they have accepted this fate and continue walking.
- According to the footage, there is no remorse on the part of the Chinese soldiers.
- And lastly, the Chinese (government controlled) press spins the story as if the Tibetans were given an option, were doing something wrong and that the soldiers were forced to fire.
There is simply no need for any of this. And it is wrong by any standard.
