A-list director attached to my latest script
Hi. I'm a screenwriter whose latest script now has an A-list director (John McTiernan -- "Die Hard" series, "Predator") attached. I'm now looking for a new agent, homes for my various spec scripts and my next writing assignment. Grrl Crew: Un-Horror Stories
So, I'm sure that we all have no shortage of horror stories about being a woman on set, but what have you found to be the benefits of being a production grrl*? As the only female crew member on a low-budget pilot shoot, for example, I was very popular among the teen girl cast -- because I was the only person they felt comfortable asking for feminine hygeine products. What other advantages have you found, by virtue of your gender?
*grrl, I know, is so 1997 Girl Power a term. But darn, it's fun to say!

The Treo Mobile Comedy Film Festival, the film festival with a funny twist, is looking for submissions. Deadline is September 24th.
