Man...I was going alright uploading HDV to YouTube on H264...but today...I've uploaded six different compressions which look good on my Mac but suck on YouTube. I'm gonna try Dave's suggestions but I'm not holding my breath. The only thing he's doing that's different is the keyframes. I've been keying every 15 frames. Might just give up and go to dailymotion/blip/dailyreel/vimeo - they all give better results than YouBoob.
