XLNTads is nearing its formal launch. As a disclaimer I'm on the "creator advisory board," so I'm biased here. But I think it's worth creating a profile and responding to some of the mock contests running (to gain a reel and some exposure). Eventually we'll see some decent advertisers posting contests or looking to connect with profit-oriented video creators. Kevin,

Forgive me for my confusion - but what exactly will the service provide content creators? Is it a buffer between advertiser and content creator. What is the split for doing the buffering?
