This doc is a demented looks into the eccentric lives of the Polka “King and Queen.” According to the Queen in this vaudevillian fairy tale, no one who tries to claim her title because she legally owns the name.

This was my first film and one of the most intense filmmaking experiences I've ever had. I wittled this down from 48 hours worth of footage in 4 months of editing. There were calls and threats to me and my family during the making of it. At the end, my teacher (who showed up to class only once) wanted to fail me. I wound up getting a B-, due to some stealthy convincing from my sympathetic TA.
