An animated spot I made for the national Day Against DRM last fall. Thankfully, in the past six months, it looks like fair use advocates have made a lot of headway, starting with Steve Jobs' unexpected anti-DRM manifesto, and leading up to Apple and EMI's recent deal to offer DRM-free music from the iTunes store. Of course, it just makes good business sense: DRM-free offers way more value than DRM-encumbered. Easy!
